Atlantic City has been called "America's Great Seashore Resort" for it offers more to do than any other resort at the Jersey Shore. The beaches are bustling in the summer and are very romantic in the winter with only the gulls for company. Atlantic City is " a happening place" 24 hours a day. Many great restaurants are only minutes from the Come Wright Inn and even close enough to walk to on the world famous Atlantic City Boardwalk. Because of Come Wright Inn's location, one can walk three blocks and take an Atlantic City Jitney bus to any location within the city. These Jitneys run 24 hours a day and so just leave your car parked in the parking lot for the weekend and leave the driving to the Jitney drivers.
Stay at least two nights
We recommend a three or four night stay to experience the Atlantic City area's diversity. Guests can easily spend a day or two at the beach, walk, jog or bicycle the boardwalk, shop, dine, or take short day trips to some of the area's many attractions. In-room massages by professional massage therapists are also something to think about. ($90 individual) ($185 for couples).
Year 'Round Entertainment
Of course, the Atlantic City Outlet Shopping Center with its more than 100 stores of well known brand items is just 10 minutes away. In the winter, spring and fall, the back roads of South Jersey are fun to explore where you can find villages and antique emporiums off the beaten path as well as nature trails. Who would think a trip to Woodbine (who ever heard of Woodbine?) could be full of discovery, finding several antique shoppes, old time general stores, and a roadside barbeque. Another off the beaten path area to explore is the Wharton State Forest with Batsto and other small historic villages waiting for your discovery. Historic Smithville is one of these wonderful villages that is full of shoppes and antiques. Leamings Run is one of Dianne's favorite places to explore as it is a woods-like, flower garden with ponds and paths that butterflies and hummingbirds encircle you as you walk. It is specially a nice place to visit in early Autumn. These places to visit are all minutes away from Come Wright Inn where you may return to for afternoon refreshments after a day of "outing".
